This view uses an existing family alignment, restricted to atlas proteins with prediction curves and matching sequences. It is a selected comparison set, not a complete family catalogue. Proteins with predictions but no detected peaks remain included.

Positions on the horizontal axis are alignment columns. Peak labels and details use each protein’s original residue numbering. Gaps are preserved; columns empty in all included members are removed.
